Whenever I feel a flare-up comin...Interesting post! Whenever I feel a flare-up coming on, I take boswellia serrata (Indian Frankincense) capsules and it seems to help. I've also taken slippery elm capsules, which seemed to work okay, too.<BR/><BR/>Chamomile tea, peppermint tea, and virgin coconut oil are a few more of my favorite natural "treatments" for Crohn's.
